Saleance is a consultancy company specialising in the search and selection of sales profiles and the building of sales networks.


About Our Client:

For a multinational German company leader in the fashion accessories sector, we are looking for a Regional Account Manager.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to acquire new customers within the assigned territory (Central and Southern Italy);
  • Managing relationships with existing customers;
  • Cooperating with both local and international team members to insure efficiency and maximize results;
  • Analyzing market trends and competitors in order to develop long-term strategies.

Job requirements

Key Skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience, preferably in an international company;
  • Experience in managing relationships with clients belonging to large-scale retail trade such as top retailers (GDO) and decentralized distribution;
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written;
  • Availability to daily business trips in the assigned area.

Complementary Skills:

  • Experience in one of the following sectors will be considered a plus: Food & Beverage, Eyewear, Fashion Accessories, Beauty.
  • Degree in Business and/or Management;
  • Analytical skills and strategic thinking.

Other Info

Location: the ideal candidate must reside in Central or Southern Italy and be willing to travel in the area.
