Saleance is a consultancy company specialising in the search and selection of sales profiles and the building of sales networks.


About Our Client:

For a well-established Italian company specialized in the cosmetics sector, we are looking for a Senior International Business Developer.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing market trends and competitors and developing strategic plans accordingly to penetrate target markets (in particular France, the United Kingdom and the United States of America);
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities abroad to drive international market expansion;
  • Negotiating deals with new customers and maintaining relationships with them;
  • Representing the company at international trade fairs to network with potential clients.

Job requirements

Key Skills:

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in business development or sales within the make-up or cosmetics industry;
  • Strong knowledge of the cosmetics market dynamics, trends, and regulatory requirements;
  • Experience in successfully expanding business abroad and managing relationships with international customers;
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written;
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Complementary Skills:

  • Experience in business development in the USA;
  • Knowledge of other foreign languages such as French;
  • Strategic thinking and proactivity.

Location: Milan, with the possibility of full remote work.
